Village at Sandhill
Having the network infrastructure for 1,000,000+ square foot retail center was a challenge that Cor Digital Technology designed, implemented and completed for this incredible community. Completely interlinking the facility, the Village at Sandhill has its own internet service available to its tenants and condo owners. This community has better security integration and has become one of the most technological advanced projects of its kind. Cor Digital, working with the incredible foresight of the developer Alan Kahn, made the fiber-optic gigabit network function, along with giving the development the ability to grow into even more of a technology wonderment with the advent of new technologies. This facility also has a Wi-Fi Town Center as well as a varied mix of restaurants with internet service. You cannot find a better place to witness a fantastic array of shops integrated with the technology, such as gift card sales online, completed by Cor Digital. This facility allows you to see what Cor Digital is capable of no matter what the size. From 300+ acres to two rooms, Cor Digital will bring the solution to your company.

Columbia's Village at Sandhill has become the vibrant retail component of an extraordinary 300-acre mixed-use development - the largest shopping destination in the Midlands today and soon to be the one of the largest in the Southeast as well.

Upon completion, the Village will include 2,500,000 square feet of diverse retail space, great entertainment venues, creatively designed condominiums, office buildings and a hotel, all united by colorfully landscaped streets and winding sidewalks.

The heart of the Village is a Town Center replete with fashion apparel, jewelry, home furnishing and specialty shops and major retailers including Belk, JC Penney, Talbots, Victoria's Secret, Pendleton, Acorn, Coldwater Creek, Ann Taylor Loft and Jos. A. Banks. Home Depot, Ashley Furniture, Sofa Express, H.H. Gregg, and Ulta, and more than 75 other stores and restaurants surround the Town Center. A soon-to-open Cracker Barrel and the arrival of Brixx Pizza will bring even more great dining choices to your doorstep.

Village guests and residents have made the on-site Walgreens, Wachovia Bank, First Citizens Bank, NBSC, Regions Bank and an 18,000 square foot upscale Books-a-Million part of their everday routines. A sixteen-screen Regal Cinemas and Super Bi-Lo grocery store greatly enhance the livability and convenience of the Village, while keeping everything just an easy walk away.

With more than1,300,000 square feet of retail and 32 condominiums completed, the Village will be adding more than 100,000 square feet of new, exciting retail stores very soon. The remaining 128 condominiums in the Promenade at Sandhill will be completed in 2008.

Unique to the Village, free WiFi internet access is available in the Town Center in and around the circle for outdoor enjoyment while you check your email. Homeowners also receive free WiFi in the 24-hour, residents' only fitness center.

Reflecting the best in architectural design, urban planning, sustainable landscaping and old fashioned friendliness, The Village is an exceptional and ever changing place to call home.
